Yelly Nelly (“we”, “us”) keeps this simple. We collect as little as possible, we never sell your data, and we only contact you about Yelly Nelly. This page explains exactly what happens.
What we collect
- Your waitlist email.When you join the waitlist, we store the email address you enter and the date you signed up, so we can let you know when Yelly Nelly launches. That’s it — no name, password, or payment details.
- Basic server logs.Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and the page requested) to keep the site running and secure. We don’t use these to build a profile of you.
- No tracking or advertising cookies.We don’t run analytics that follow you across the web, and we don’t use advertising trackers.
The free tools
Our free tools (transcript cleaner, subtitle converter, GIF maker, and the rest) run entirely in your browser. Any file you open stays on your device — it is never uploaded to us. The Twitter video tool only asks our server to look up a public tweet’s video link; the video itself is fetched directly by your browser and never passes through us.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site:
- Netlify — hosts the site and stores the waitlist list.
- Google Fonts — serves the fonts you see; this may expose your IP address to Google when fonts load.
- Outrank — powers the articles on our blog.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address with anyone.
How we use your email
Only to tell you about Yelly Nelly — launch news and the occasional product update. Every message will include an easy way to opt out.
Your choices
You can ask us to remove you from the waitlist and delete your email at any time. Just email hello@yellynelly.comand we’ll take care of it.
Children
Yelly Nelly isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we update this policy, we’ll change the date at the top. Significant changes will be communicated to anyone on the waitlist.
