These terms cover your use of the Yelly Nelly website, the waitlist, and the free tools we offer. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

What Yelly Nelly is right now

Yelly Nelly is in early access. Today the site offers a waitlist and a set of free browser-based tools. The full product (publishing one video to many platforms) is not yet available, and joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, pricing, or a launch date.

The free tools

The tools are provided free and “as is”. You’re responsible for the content you put through them and for having the right to use it. When you convert or download media — for example a video from a tweet — you must respect copyright and the terms of the platform it came from. Don’t use the tools for anything unlawful, infringing, or abusive.

Acceptable use

• Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the site or its services.
• Don’t use the site to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.
• Don’t submit anyone else’s email to the waitlist without their permission.

Your content

Anything you create with our tools — your cleaned transcripts, converted subtitles, GIFs, and links — belongs to you. We don’t claim ownership of it, and (because the tools run in your browser) we never receive it.

Our content

The Yelly Nelly name, branding, site design, and written content are ours. Please don’t copy or reuse them without permission.

No warranty

The site and tools are provided without warranties of any kind. We can’t promise they’ll always be available, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Yelly Nelly is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or tools.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We’ll update the date at the top when we do; continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
